The Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA) baseball nipped the host Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA), 5-4 in Wednesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 4 contest, on Monday, April 11. Peters Township will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 6-1 record after their 9-2 non-league win over West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA).

The Falcons now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a WPIAL 5A 4 contest on Monday, April 11. Connellsville will play a Hillers squad coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA). The Hillers record now stands at 3-5.
