The Kankakee Valley Kougars (Wheatfield, IN) basketball felled the visiting Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN), 63-45 in Friday's non-league test.

The Kougars (13-1) will now prepare for their test against North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN). The Bluejays go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, North Judson-San Pierre thwarted Lighthouse College Prep Academy (Gary, IN), 66-36, in a non-league test.
