September 22, 2023: Dalton, MA 01226 In Friday's non-league game, the Wahconah Regional Warriors (Dalton, MA) football team smashed the visiting Pittsfield Generals (Pittsfield, MA), by a score of 46-8.
The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Amherst (Amherst, WI). The Falcons come into the non-league game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Amherst overwhelmed Spencer/Columbus (Spencer, WI), 49-14, in a league game.
The Generals now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Hadley for a Suburban - North game on Friday, September 29. Pittsfield will battle a Tigers team coming off a 28-19 non-league win over Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
