New York High School Basketball - Niagara Catholic overwhelmed by St. Mary's
January 20, 2015: Lancaster, NY 14086 The Niagara Catholic Patriots basketball team (Niagara Falls, NY), was routed 75-53 in Tuesday's league battle with the host St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY)
The Lancers now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Park School of Buffalo for a Monsignor Martin battle on Friday, January 23. St. Mary's will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 71-46 non-league win over East (Rochester, NY). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-1.
The Patriots (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Cardinal O'Hara (Tonawanda, NY). The Hawks come into the Monsignor Martin battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Cardinal O'Hara was routed by St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY), 66-55, in a league battle.
