Wisconsin High School Basketball - Heritage Christian overwhelms Messmer
January 18, 2023: New Berlin, WI 53151 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Heritage Christian Patriots (New Berlin, WI) and the visiting Messmer Bishops (Milwaukee, WI), saw Heritage Christian's basketball squad wallop Messmer by a tally of 83-55.
With the victory, Heritage Christian improves its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host St. Francis (St. Francis, WI) to play the Mariners in a Midwest Classic challenge on Monday, January 23. The Mariners come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. St. Francis won 73-72 in their recent league challenge against St. John's Northwestern Military Academy (Delafield, WI)
Next up, the Bishops play the Milwaukee Arts Crimson Stars (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Messmer will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Crimson Stars come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 73-57 non-league win over Eastbrook Academy/Chesterton Academy (Milwaukee, WI).
