August 15, 2023: Memphis, TN 38117 The Harding Academy Lions (Memphis, TN) volleyball nudged the visiting Lakeland Preparatory Lions (Lakeland, TN), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Harding Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lions travel to Boyd-Buchanan (Chattanooga, TN) to face the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Boyd-Buchanan lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences (Chattanooga, TN)
The Lions now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Bolton for a AA District 15 bout on Monday, August 21.
