Indiana High School Basketball - Mississinewa nips Oak Hill
December 9, 2023: Gas City, IN 46933 Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Oak Hill Golden Eagles (Converse, IN), 39-36 in a league bout.
With the win, Mississinewa upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Yorktown (Yorktown, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Yorktown won 41-39 in their recent league bout against Mt. Vernon (Fortville, IN)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Oak Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Apaches go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 36-14 league loss to Rochester (Rochester, IN).
