The Pike County Pirates basketball team (Zebulon, GA), was routed 71-22 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Central Chargers (Macon, GA)

The Chargers now sport a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crisp County for a AAA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, February 1. Central will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 76-51 non-league loss to Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-10.
