The Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN) football defeated the host St. Agnes Aggies (St. Paul, MN), 47-20 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Hylanders face the Brooklyn Center Centaurs (Brooklyn Center, MN) in a Tri-Metro bout, on Friday, September 5. Columbia Heights will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Centaurs enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 20-14 league loss to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN).
