The Fort Bend Elkins Knights football team (Missouri City, TX), was tipped 27-25 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Fort Bend Clements Rangers (Sugar Land, TX)

The Rangers (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region III District 20 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Fort Bend Travis was tipped by Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX), 24-9, in a league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Bend Dulles for a 6A Region III District 20 challenge on Thursday, October 14. Fort Bend Elkins will meet a Vikings team coming off a 44-0 league loss to Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 2-4.
