In Tuesday's league match, the host New Canaan Rams basketball team scored a tight 50-45 triumph over the Ridgefield Tigers.

In their next game, the Rams meet the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a Fairfield County match, on Friday, January 27. New Canaan will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 2-10 record after their 56-32 league loss to Staples (Westport, CT).
