January 14, 2020: The Dalles, OR 97058 The The Dalles Riverhawks (The Dalles, OR) basketball knocked off the visiting Goldendale Timberwolves (Goldendale, WA), 66-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Riverhawks (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Crook County (Prineville, OR). The Cowboys go into the 5A Intermountain test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Crook County notched a victory over Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR), 74-60, in a non-league test.
The Timberwolves now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Zillah for a 1A South Central - West test on Friday, January 17. Goldendale will encounter a Leopards squad coming off a 103-39 league win over Granger (Granger, WA). The Leopards record now stands at 11-1.
