Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN) and the visiting North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN), saw Western Boone's basketball squad wallop North Montgomery by a tally of 66-35.

With the victory, Western Boone improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, IN) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 10-12. Lebanon won 48-34 in their recent league challenge against Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN)

Next up, the Chargin' Chargers confront the Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, January 31. North Montgomery will attempt to better on its 4-19 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 23-0 record after their 65-31 non-league win over Winamac (Winamac, IN).
