December 2, 2023: Benbrook, TX 76126 The Carlisle Indians (Price, TX) basketball knocked off the host Benbrook Bobcats (Benbrook, TX), 35-25 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league test with a 3-12 record. In their last test, Elysian Fields went down by Pewitt (Omaha, TX), 30-27, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Paschal for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. Benbrook will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 66-48 non-league loss to Ponder (Ponder, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 5-7.
