With the win, Golden Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 8. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Rio Mesa lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Buena (Ventura, CA)
