North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Independence drops to Providence

March 25, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28227

Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC), 18-5 in a league battle.

The Panthers now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. Providence will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 12-8 non-league loss to Cannon (Concord, NC). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Independence will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 12-8 league win over Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC).
