September 14, 2023: Morganton, NC 28655 The Chase Trojans football team (Forest City, NC), was knocked off 34-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Freedom Patriots (Morganton, NC)
The Patriots (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Hibriten was knocked off by Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC), 17-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host East Rutherford for a challenge on Thursday, September 21. Chase will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-3.
