Louisiana High School Basketball - Zachary crushes East Ascension
December 19, 2023: Zachary, LA 70791 Zachary Broncos (Zachary, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Ascension Spartans (Gonzales, LA), 77-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Zachary upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to Summer Creek (Houston, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 7-7. Summer Creek won 65-50 in their recent league bout against North Shore (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Spartans play the Glen Oaks Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. East Ascension will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 67-45 non-league loss to St. Amant (St. Amant, LA).
