California High School Basketball - North can't hold off Legacy
December 4, 2021: Torrance, CA 90504 The North Saxons basketball team (Torrance, CA), was nudged 61-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA)
The Tigers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South East for a Eastern battle on Monday, December 6. Legacy will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 56-53 non-league win over George Washington Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 4-4.
The Saxons (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Banning edged Santee (Los Angeles, CA), 62-44, in a non-league battle.
