The Ponder Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting S & S Consolidated Rams to 1 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 20-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boyd for a 3A Region II District 10 game on Friday, September 23. Ponder will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 league win over Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 23-8.

The Rams (28-5) will now prepare for their game against Callisburg (Gainesville, TX). The Wildcats enter the 3A Region II District 10 game with a 21-9 record. In their last game, Callisburg gained a win over Paradise (Paradise, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
