The Columbia Eagles basketball squad (Huntsville, AL), was topped 64-46 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Lee Generals (Huntsville, AL)

The Generals (12-5) will now prepare for their outing against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 20-0 record.

The Eagles now hold a 12-11 record. They take the field next when they host Johnson for a 5A Area 15 outing on Tuesday, January 24. Columbia will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 54-51 non-league win over Butler (Huntsville, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 14-8.
