North Carolina High School Soccer - East Chapel Hill nudges Cedar Ridge
September 7, 2023: Chapel Hill, NC 27514 The East Chapel Hill Wildcats (Chapel Hill, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 1-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
With the victory, East Chapel Hill moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Pride in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Pride enter the bout with a record of 3-2.
In their next game, the Fighting Red Wolves confront the Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) in a Central 3A bout, on Monday, September 11. Cedar Ridge will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Patriots go into the outing with a 5-5 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).
