New York High School Lacrosse - Suffern overwhelms Pearl River
April 6, 2022: Suffern, NY 10901 The Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY), 14-5 in Wednesday's league outing.
With the win, Suffern upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mounties travel to Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY) to battle the Blue Streaks in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 9. The Blue Streaks go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Saratoga Springs lost 15-10 in their recent league outing against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)
With the defeat, Pearl River drops to 4-3 on the season. The Pirates host Clarkstown South (West Nyack, NY) to battle the Vikings in a Section I -A outing on Monday, April 11. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Clarkstown South lost 14-9 in their recent non-league outing against Mahopac (Mahopac, NY)
