November 29, 2021: Garden Grove, CA 92845 The Pacifica Mariners basketball team (Garden Grove, CA), was overwhelmed 62-14 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA)
The Sailors now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Godinez Fundamental for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 30. Newport Harbor will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 63-28 non-league win over Western (Anaheim, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-0.
The Mariners (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Marina (Huntington Beach, CA). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Marina trounced La Quinta (Westminster, CA), 47-34, in a non-league battle.
