The Liberty Lancers (Colorado Springs, CO) football nudged the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), 29-27 in Saturday's league bout.

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 4A I-25 bout, on Saturday, November 7. Liberty will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
