September 15, 2023: Opelousas, LA 70570 The Port Barre Red Devils football team (Port Barre, LA), was ripped 46-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Opelousas Catholic Vikings (Opelousas, LA)
The Vikings (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Southern Lab (Baton Rouge, LA). The Kittens come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Southern Lab was ripped by Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 13-12, in a non-league challenge.
The Red Devils now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mamou for a 3A District 4 challenge on Friday, September 22. Port Barre will meet a Demons team coming off a 40-12 non-league loss to East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA). The Demons record now stands at 0-3.
