The Cadets now hold a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Miller School of Albemarle for a VISAA Virginia Independent outing on Tuesday, April 30. Benedictine will face a Mavericks team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA). The Mavericks record now stands at 22-5.
With the defeat, Cox falls to 11-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Bayside (Virginia Beach, VA) to battle the Marlins in a Beach challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Marlins come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Bayside won 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Tallwood (Virginia Beach, VA)
