December 22, 2018: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 The Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA) basketball felled the host Tesoro Titans (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 60-50 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sailors (14-1) will now prepare for their test against Brea Olinda (Brea, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Brea Olinda was beaten by Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA), 68-64, in a non-league test.
The Titans now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dorsey for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 26. Tesoro will encounter a Dons squad coming off a 61-48 non-league win over St. Joseph (Santa Maria, CA). The Dons record now stands at 3-6.
