The Midland Legacy Rebels basketball team (Midland, TX), was nudged 49-43 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX)

The Trail Blazers now possess a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jay for a non-league battle on Friday, November 17. Americas will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 84-33 non-league loss to Hays (Buda, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.

The Rebels (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Coronado edged Permian (Odessa, TX), 61-51, in a non-league battle.
