Decatur Raiders (Decatur, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lawrence Tigers (Lawrence, MI), 52-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Decatur upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Raiders host Galesburg-Augusta (Galesburg, MI) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Galesburg-Augusta won 58-31 in their recent non-league bout against Gobles (Gobles, MI)

Next up, the Tigers play the Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI) in a Southwest 10 bout, on Monday, January 23. Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
