Illinois High School Basketball - Okaw Valley tops Shelbyville
December 3, 2021: Bethany, IL 61914 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Okaw Valley Timberwolves (Bethany, IL) and the visiting Shelbyville Rams (Shelbyville, IL), saw Okaw Valley's basketball squad knock off Shelbyville by a count of 48-28.
With the victory, Okaw Valley upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Sullivan (Sullivan, IL) to play the Redskins in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 7. The Redskins come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Sullivan lost 71-27 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Anthony (Effingham, IL)
Next up, the Rams play the Pana Panthers (Pana, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. Shelbyville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 71-26 non-league win over Pawnee (Pawnee, IL).
