Texas High School Basketball - Idalou thwarts Wylie
December 30, 2011: Idalou, TX 79329 The Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) basketball felled the visiting Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX), 60-48 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Whitewright (Whitewright, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Whitewright went down by Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX), 69-52, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wall for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Wylie will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 56-52 non-league loss to Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 9-4.
