Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hill City Ringnecks (Hill City, KS) and the host Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS), saw Hill City's basketball squad knock off Northern Valley by a count of 73-60.

With the victory, Hill City upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Ringnecks host Norton (Norton, KS) to play the Bluejays in a Mid-Continent challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. Norton won 49-34 in their recent league challenge against Thomas More Prep-Marian (Hays, KS)
