December 20, 2023: Pasadena, MD 21122 The Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD) basketball felled the host Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD), 45-33 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Scorpions (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Patterson (Baltimore, MD). The Clippers go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record.
The Cougars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host South River for a Anne Arundel County test on Friday, December 22. Chesapeake will encounter a Seahawks squad coming off a 62-53 non-league win over Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-2.
