Virginia High School Baseball - Benedictine loses to Independence
April 12, 2022: Ashburn, VA The Benedictine Cadets baseball team (Richmond, VA), was overwhelmed 11-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host Independence (Ashburn, VA)
The now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeMatha for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 13. Independence will confront a Stags team coming off a 7-2 league win over The Heights (Potomac, MD). The Stags record now stands at 6-7.
Next, the Cadets confront the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 13. Benedictine will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 7-5 record after their 4-1 league win over Fork Union Military Academy (Fork Union, VA).
