October 8, 2021: Spokane, WA 99218 The Richland Bombers (Richland, WA) football nudged the host Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA), 14-12 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bombers face the Walla Walla Blue Devils (Walla Walla, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia bout, on Friday, October 15. Richland will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 48-14 league loss to Chiawana (Pasco, WA).
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA). The Wildcats enter the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Mt. Spokane held off Ferris (Spokane, WA), 37-0, in a league bout.
