McMinnville Grizzlies (McMinnville, OR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sandy Pioneers (Sandy, OR), 82-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McMinnville upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Century (Hillsboro, OR) to play the Jaguars in a 6A Pacific bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 5-6.

Next up, the Pioneers play the Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Sandy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Crimson Tide go into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 39-26 non-league win over Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR).
