The Cedar Park Timberwolves basketball team (Cedar Park, TX), was toppled 51-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host The Woodlands Highlanders (The Woodlands, TX)

The Highlanders now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a 6A Region II District 13 battle on Tuesday, December 12. The Woodlands will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 66-59 non-league win over Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-11.

The Timberwolves (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Creek (Cedar Creek, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Cedar Creek was toppled by Burnet (Burnet, TX), 62-54, in a non-league battle.
