The Hickory Red Tornadoes lacrosse squad (Hickory, NC), was overwhelmed 20-13 in Thursday's league contest with the host North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC)

Coming up next, the Knights confront the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills contest, on Tuesday, March 12. North Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Pioneers enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 17-10 league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC).

The Red Tornadoes now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Stephens for a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills contest on Tuesday, March 12. Hickory will confront a Indians squad coming off a 17-10 league loss to Watauga (Boone, NC). The Indians record now stands at 1-2.
