The Seymour Wildcats football team (Seymour, CT), was tipped 35-32 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Ansonia Chargers (Ansonia, CT)

The Chargers (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Naugatuck (Naugatuck, CT). The Greyhounds come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Naugatuck was tipped by Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT), 27-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Woodland Regional for a Naugatuck Valley - Copper challenge on Wednesday, November 27. Seymour will meet a Hawks team coming off a 35-15 league win over Oxford (Oxford, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 9-1.
