The Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA), 79-75 in Thursday's league test.

The Knights (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Grove City (Grove City, PA). The Eagles go into the District 10 Region 5 test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Grove City got by Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA), 47-45, in a league test.
