December 5, 2008: Owings Mills, MD 21117 The New Town (Owings Mills, MD) basketball nipped the visiting Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD), 62-57 in Friday's non-league test.
The (1-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Frances Academy (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, St. Frances Academy was tipped by Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD), 55-37, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host McDonogh for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 10.
