The Eagles now possess a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Troy for a 3A Region III District 19 battle on Tuesday, December 13. Rogers will battle a Trojans team coming off a 50-44 non-league loss to Thrall (Thrall, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 0-7.
The Gladiators (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against Kerens (Kerens, TX). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Kerens was overwhelmed by Corsicana (Corsicana, TX), 59-30, in a non-league battle.
