Pennsylvania High School Football - East topples Kennett

October 4, 2019: West Chester, PA 19380

The East Vikings (West Chester, PA) football defeated the visiting Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA), 43-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 11. East will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Whippets enter the bout with a 7-0 record after their 63-35 league win over Downingtown East (Exton, PA).

The Blue Demons (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA). The Red Devils enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Avon Grove lost by Coatesville (Coatesville, PA), 43-3, in a league bout.
