The Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes (Duncanville, TX) football overcame the host Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), 24-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers and Pantherettes clash with the South Oak Cliff Bears (Dallas, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 6. Duncanville will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 22-21 non-league win over Skyline (Dallas, TX).

The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Wranglers enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, West Mesquite was toppled by Hutto (Hutto, TX), 41-21, in a non-league bout.
