Michigan High School Basketball - Hill-McCloy thwarts Pinconning
January 4, 2022: Pinconning, MI 48650 The Hill-McCloy Rams (Montrose, MI) basketball knocked off the host Pinconning Spartans (Pinconning, MI), 45-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Rams (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Durand (Durand, MI). The Railroaders go into the Mid-Michigan test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Durand notched a victory over Perry (Perry, MI), 68-62, in a league test.
The Spartans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Beaverton for a Jack Pine test on Thursday, January 6. Pinconning will encounter a Beavers squad coming off a 51-42 non-league loss to Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI). The Beavers record now stands at 1-2.
