The Wildcats now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walthill for a D2 District 5 battle on Thursday, January 14. Winside will confront a Blujays team coming off a 55-52 non-league win over Madison (Madison, NE). The Blujays record now stands at 1-9.
The Chiefs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pender (Pender, NE). The Pendragons come into the C2 District 4 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Pender beat Homer (Homer, NE), 65-20, in a non-league battle.
