The Polytech Panthers football team (Woodside, DE), was ripped 58-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Sussex Central Golden Knights (Georgetown, DE)

The Golden Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE). The Vikings come into the Henlopen - Northern challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Cape Henlopen was ripped by Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE), 22-21, in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Sussex Tech for a Henlopen - Northern challenge on Friday, October 11. Polytech will meet a Ravens team coming off a 28-0 league loss to Smyrna (Smyrna, DE). The Ravens record now stands at 2-3.
