Nevada High School Volleyball - Whittell overwhelmed by Virginia City

The Whittell Warriors volleyball team (Zephyr Cove, NV), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV)

The Muckers (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV). The Lakers come into the 1A West challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Pyramid Lake went down by Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV) in a 1A West challenge, on Saturday, October 2. Whittell will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
