Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE) and the visiting Lourdes Central Catholic Knights (Nebraska City, NE), saw McCool Junction's basketball squad wallop Lourdes Central Catholic by a tally of 80-45.

With the victory, McCool Junction improves its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to confront the Knights in a D1 District 2 challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-12.
